Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application value of B-ultrasound guided liver puncture biopsy in antiviral therapy for chronic hepatitis B. Methods 20 cases with chronic hepatitis B proposed antiretroviral treatment got liver biopsy for grading the degree,and had anti-viral treatment.We had analysis before and after treatment.Results Pathology results showed that grading of inflammation and fibrosis in varying degrees improved.Comparison of before and after treatment had statistical significance(P
