Abstract:
Objective Through the training,induction and observation,of biofilm Staphylococcus aureus(BF)in vitro to study fosfomycin(FOS)on the role of BF.Methods Select the clinical and quality control strains of Staphylococcus ATCC25922,ATCC25923 using trypsin broth medium(TSB-teflon)systems and saline(NS-teflon)system for the training,induction and confocal microscope observation of BF.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)was determined by twice the agar dilution Drugs.Results After 1,3,7 d of incubation,clinical isolates of the biofilm accumulation over time of the extension increased After joining fosfomycin biofilm,the growth was inhibited.There was significant difference in MIC with or without biofilm(P
