Abstract:
Somatostatin and its analogues can inhibit the apoptosis of tumor cells, and there are many related researches about the mechanisms. Inhibitors of apoptosis proteins (IAPs), have been found playing a key role during tumor cell apoptosis. This issue will be discussed below.
