Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of homemade Drug-eluting stent.Methods47 patients were treated with drug-eluting stents(63 stents).All patients who received angiography were followed up for 2~12 months after stents implant.The mortality,target vessel revascularization ratio and major adverse cardiac events were recorded.ResultsFor follow-up 47 patients,the mortality,target vessel revascularization ratio and major adverse cardiac events were 2.1%,2.1%,6.4%.ConclusionHomemade Drug-eluting stent is safe and effective.
