Abstract:
Objective To investigate the BUN content and ALT activity in cataract at serum and Lens by Fuming tablets.Methods The BUN content in serum and cens of the model group,treatment and control groups was detected by Urease-Berthelot method,while ALT activity in serum and Lens of the model,freatment and control group was delected by Laishi method.Results The BUN contemtin lens of treatment group Ⅰ and Ⅱ was lower than that in control and molel group(P
