Abstract:
Objective To probe into active effect on nitric oxide and peroxynitrite interacts with lipids in Wistar rat.Methods Wister rat's aorta in vitro is perfused by superoxide anion and NO relative factors and the change of vascular cGMP and MDA level was observed.Results Wister rat's aorta in vivo perfused by lower and higher concentration H2O2,respectively made the vascular cGMP content increases 23.08%(P
