Abstract:
Objective To study the changes of corneal endothelium after silicone oil tamponade.Methods This trial involved 81 cases (81 eyes) who received vitrectomy with tamponade of silicone oil or vitrectomy and lensectomy with tamponade of silicone oil. The changes of corneal endothelium were observed before surgery and 1week, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month after surgery.
