Abstract:
Objective To evaluate imaging characteristic findings with SCT and MRI and clinical significance of intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma(PCC),in order to diagnosis early PCC.Methods Imaging findings and clinical features of 49 cases PCC with histologicolly verified between 1999 and 2005 retrospectively reviewed.Results PCC displayed masses,irregular thicken,stenosis and dilation of biliay duct wall,enhancement in the delay contrast enhancement,besides huge mass lesion with indistinct borders and AFP negative,but have no been associated with cirrhosis of liver.Conclusion Selecting adaptable imaging approach,mastering manifestations of PCC and corretation with clinical features,which is key to increase the diagnostic accuracy of PCC.
