Abstract:
The noradrenaline(NE) content in ovary as well as estrogen(E) and progester-one(P) levels in blood of the mature and inmature rats were determined with spec-trophotofluorometry and radioimmunoassay respectively. The ovary NE content and blood E,P levels have been found to fluctuate during estrous cycle.
