Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of nutritional intervention in patients with hepatic diabetes.Methods:57 patients were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group(n=29) and control group(n=28).On the base of same liver medicine,the control group received insulin therapy while the treatment group received strict nutrition intervention.Results:The level of fasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 hours after meal and glycosylated hemoglobin were decreased significantly in treatment group(P
