Abstract:
Aim To observe the fluctuation of uric acid in serum after replicating rat hyperuricemia model with hypoxanthine, uricase inhibitor singly or combined. Discuss the method of acute hyperuricemia replication on rats. Method Hypoxanthine was administered via stomach, uricase inhibitor was injected intraperitoneally, then inspect the uric acid in serum at different periods of time.
