Abstract:
The hygiene at 15 food factories in Hanoi and 10 food factories in HCM city was surveyed. Results showed that many factories couldn’t assume responsibility for basic requirements of food safety, a third of factories were evaluated bad hygiene. Most half of workers didn’t ensure personal hygiene when working. Food factories brought bad effects about smell, chemical odor and sewage
