Abstract:
[Objective]To study the curative effect of Yinlian Mixture on pharyngolaryngitis.[Method]Ant-microbial in vitro and rates swelling experiment was used to survey the therapeutic effect both in vitro and vivo.[Result] Yinlian Mixture can inhibit the microbial effectively,and the MIC for Staphylococcus aureus,pneumoniae diplococcus,bacillus coli,streptococcusⅠ,and streptococcusⅡwere 1000?l?ml-1,500?l?ml-1,250?l?ml-1,125?l?ml-1,62.5?l?ml-1,31.25?l?ml-1,15.62?l?ml-1,7.81?l?ml-1 ,and can inhibit the swelling of auricle in rate which caused by dimethyl benzene effectively.[Conclusion] Yinlian Mixture has good effect on ant-microbial and anti-inflammatory.
