Abstract:
Aim To investigate the effects of triptolide on the proliferation and apoptosis of cell line A549 in human Lung Adenocarcinoma. Methods MTT, DNA fragmentation assay, fluorescence stain and flow cytometric analysis were carried out.Results Triptolide notably reduced the survival rate of A549 cells, and inhibited the proliferation of A549 cells.
