Abstract:
Objective To observe the effects of spironolactone and losartan interventions on homodynamics and collagen remodeling after myocardial infarction.Methods During 2005.10 to 2006.3,we have done the study at Hebei Academy of Medical Sciences.The myocardial infarction model was induced by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery.Then the rats were randomly divided into sham,placebo,spironolactone,losartan and losartan+spironolactone groups.Mean blood pressure(MBP),left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP),interstitial collagen content and the ratio of type Ⅰand Ⅲ collagen of non-infarction zone were assessed at the 2nd and the 6th week.Results Significant increase in LVEDP,collagen content,and the ratio of type Ⅰand Ⅲ collagen(P
