Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of three anesthetic methods on induced abortion. Methods three hundred women were randomly divided into three groups, groupⅠ(n=100), intravenous injection propofol(1.0~1.5mg/kg),groupⅡ(n=100),intravenous injection propofol (1.0~1.5mg/kg)combined with fentanyl ( 1?g/kg),group Ⅲ(n=100),2%lidocaine(5ml) into cavity of uterus as control group. Analgesia efficacy was assessed by visual analog scales (VAS) and sedation scales,SBP,DBP,SpO_2 at all in three groups.Results Analgesia efficacy in group Ⅱ was obviously higher than that in group Ⅰ(P
