Abstract:
Objective To observe the curative effects of loop electrosurgical excision procedure for cervical in treatment of various cervical lesions and seek convenient fastish and prominent treatment by using application analysis.Methods The curative effects in 69 patients who had already received the loop electrosurgical excision procedure for cervical were retrospectively analyzed.Results The curative rate of chronic inflammations of cervix was 93.7%,the curative rate of cervical intraepithelial neoclassic was 89.2%,the total curative rate of operation was 91.3%.The rate of the cases that the pathology upgrade was 10.2%,the rate of the peer was 84% and the degrader was 5.8% after operation.Conclusion The loop electrosurgical excision procedure for cervical is an ideal method for making more rightly diagnose and treatment for cervical intraepithelial neoclassic.It is also a convenient fastish and prominent treatment for various chronic inflammations of cervix.
