Abstract:
Objective To study the therapentic effect of flumazenit on acute benzodiazepine poisoning. Methods Sixty-one patients with unconsciousness due to acute benzodiazepine poisoning were randomly divided into two groups:flumazenit group(n = 31) and conventional-medicine group(n= 30). A modified Glasgow-Pattoburgh and observer's assessment of alertness/sedation scale(OAA/S) were used in assessment of the mental status.
