Abstract:
The inhibition of cell apoptosis could result in NDR,because almost all antitumor durgs are inductor of cell apoptosis. According to the study,the overexpression of mutant p53,Bcl-2 family,c-myc gene,NF-kB,HSPs,or ceramide are important reasons in MDR.
