Abstract:
Objective To investigate the use of posterior retroperitoneoscopic operation for adrenal tumor and renal cyst.Methods 9 cases following posterior retroperitoneoscopic adrenal tumorectomy,and 10 cases following unroofing of cyst of kidney were followed-up.Results The posterior retroperitoneoscopic operations were successful for all cases in this study,and there were no obvious complications.Conclusion Retroperitoneoscopic operation is the preferred method for drenal tumor and renal cyst which is direct and effective,makes the operation for urologic diseases quicker and safer.
