Abstract:
Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment level and to decrease the mortality of neonatal colon perforation.Methods To analyse seventeen cases of neonatal colon perforation from 1996 to 2006.Results The cure rate is 69.4%,mortality rate is 23.5%,and one out of seventeen was given up for treatment.The reasons of neonatal colon perforation were more complex compared with diagnosis,and the mortality of neonatal colon perforation were high.Conclusions The key to decrease the mortality is early diagnosis,perioperation treatment and early operation.
