Abstract:
Objective This study was designed to assess the clinical effects and safety of betalol and enalapril on the left ventricular diastolic heart failure. Methods 82 patients of left ventricular diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, In the theraputic group of 42 patients, we took metoprolol and enalapril curing left ventricular diastolic heart failure on the founda-tion of usual treatment. There were 40 patients who received usual treatment in the control group. The clinical effects and safety were assessed after 6 months.
