Abstract:
Objective: To explore the protection of taurine-zinic coordination compound(TZC) against the neurotoxicity of depleted uranium (DU). Method: Rats were exposed to DU by different dosages intratracheal instillation of DU particles. One group was supplemented with TZC. Learning times in Y-labyrinth experiment, number of somatostatin positive cortical neurons were compared.
