Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of emergency intracoronary stenting for senile patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Fifty senile patients undergone successful intracoronary stenting were analyzed.Results Among these patients,infact-related arteries(IRA) were LAD in 26 patients,LCX in 16 patients,RCA in 8,sixty-eight stents of 5 kinds were implanted.Residual stenosis decreased from 95%～100% to 10%～-5%(P
