Abstract:
The authors experienced a case of posterior lens dislocation into the vitreous in a 59 year old male patient with mature cataract. We successfully performed intracapsular lens extraction after moving the lens into the anterior chamber by fully dilating the pupil and keeping the patient in prone position. A brief review of literature is also done.
