Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical applicative value of treating ectopic pregnancy with laparoscopy.Methods The clinical datas of 125 cases ectopic pregnancy were treated by operational laparoscopy.Extruding gestational sac(GS) in fimbria,taking embryo with opening fallopian tube,salpingectomy with using laparosope,and comparing with abdominal salpingectomy.Results The mean operating time was (93.3?10.6)min,the mean duration of hospitalization after operating was (4.3?1.0)d,laparosopic surgery had an obvious difference with abdominal salpingectomy(P
