Abstract:
Objective To explore the methods of first-staged operation and its clinical efficacy in the carcinoma of left colon with obstruction.Methods The clinical datas of 15 cases of patients hospitalized in 1995 to 2005 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Incision infection and liquification occurred in 4 cases.No patient had severe complications such as fistula in anastomosis and infection of abdominal cavity.Conclusion The therapy of incison and anastomosis in the first-staged operation is practicable if we strictly control indications and improve procedures between the pre-and post-operation.
