Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between transient ischemic attack(TIA)of the aged and serum CRP and plasma D-dimer.Methods A total 92 TIA aged patients,who were admitted to the Second Hospital of China Medical University of China Medical University from June 2003 to June 2005,were divided into three groups of A,B and C.All cases were measured within 24 hours the CRP and D-dimer.Head CT or MRI were carried out within 72 hours,and compared with control group,and compared between different groups of TIA.Results The levels of serum CRP and plasma D-dimer with TIA of the aged were higher than control group(P
