Abstract:
Objective To study the effect and the mechanism of baicalin on invasion and metastasis of(human) hepatocellular line BEL-7402.Methods Human hepatocellular line BEL-7402 were cultured and treated respectively with 5,10,20 mg/L baicalin for 48 h.The invasion and adhesion of the BEL-7402 cells were examined in Boyden chamber,cell migration and morphology were also observed.The expression of MMP_(2),TIMP_(2),_()integrin ?_(1,)and E-cd proteins of human hepatocellular line BEL-7402 was determined by flow cytometry.Results Baicalin inhibited invasion,adhesion and migration of hepatocellular line BEL-7402 in vitro in a dose dependent manner(P
