Abstract:
Objective To study the influence of the treatments including temperature and anti-coagulation agent (EDTA-K_2) during the blood samples collection on the ECP level. Methods The serum and plasma samples were collected from 20 childs with asthma and 25 healthy childs under different temperature (25℃ and 37℃). ECP levels were determined by using immobile double-site enzyme amplified chemiluminescence immunoassay.Results The serum ECP level of the treatment under 37℃ was significantly high (P0.05).
