Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of static magnetics on adhesion of neutrophil and endothelium and expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) on human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC). Methods HUVEC were exposed to 0.05mT, 0.1mT, 1mT static magnetics adhesion of neutrophil was calculated after HUVEC was stimulated by LPS. Flow cytometry and ELSIA were used to study expression of ICAM-1 on endothelium with stimulating of LPS.
