Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of the cyclooxygenase (COX-2) inhibitor celebrex on the growth of VX_2 renal carcinoma in a rabbit model in order to provide the basis for clinical application. Methods A rabbit model of VX_2 renal carcinoma was reproduced. The effect of COX-2 inhibitor celebret on tumor growth was observed.
