Abstract:
Objective To study the changes of blood glucose concentration of acute cerebrovas-culor disease with different character and various degrees, and its significance and the fluence on prognosis. Methods The blood glucose datas of 196 cases of acute cenebrovscular diseade without DM were retrospectively analysed and compared with the clinical statulo. Results There were 107 cases of cerebral infarction and 89 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in 196 cases of acute cerebrovaocular disease. The blood glucose rose 42% in the cerebral infarction group and 45% in the cerebral hemorrhage group;Based on the location and the range of the lesion, the concentration rising of blood glucose existed significant difference between the group of thalamus and internal capsule and the group of ganglion basal and external capsule(P
