Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of CO on femoral vasoralaxation in diabetic rats. Methods:Using isolated vascular ring tension detecting technique,cummulative relaxation responses of femoral arteries to 10~(-8)-10~(-4) mol/L acetylcholine(ACh)were measured.
