Abstract:
Objective To study the change of growth property of rat hair follicle stem cells cultured in serum-free K-SFM in vitro. Methods Rat hair follicle bulge cells were isolated and cultured in two different conditions, serum-free K-SFM and DMEM/F12 with 10% fetal calf serum. Growth property, colony-forming efficiency (CFE), and K19 expression were analyzed.
