Abstract:
Objective To approach the relationship between the membrane protein of platelet microparticles and myocardial infarction or hypertension. Methods The contents were examined of PAC-1~ + PMP and CD62P~+ PMP by activating platelet with 20?mol/L ADP in the blood collected from the patients with myocardial infarction (n=12) and hypertension (n=10).
