Abstract:
Objective To observe the effects of rotenone on the mitochondrial membrane potential and cell cycles in pheochromocytoma (PC12) cells and to explore the injury mechanism of rotenone on dopaminergic neuron. Methods The mitochondrial membrane potential and cell cycles were determined by flow cytometry.
