Abstract:
The following indexes of 2, 10 and 24 months old wistar rats were measured. the activities of RBC membrane Na+-K+-ATPase, RBC superoxide dismutasc (SOD), blood glutathione. peroxidase (GSH-Px), and the levels of lipid peroxides (EPO) in plasma and RBC membrane From 2 to 10 month-old animals, increases of 24.16%,40.07%, 102.7% and 44.44%in Na-K-ATPase activity, GSH-Px activity, plasma LPO and RBC membra no LPO levels, respectively, were found (P
