Abstract:
Objective To observe the relationship between fibroblast and angiotensin Ⅱ and,the influence of angiotensin Ⅱ on human renal interstitial fibroblast(HRIF).Methods Separated and cultured renal interstitial fibroblasts were identified and the 3H-TDR incorporation,flow cytometry and immunohistochemical technique were applied to observe the effect of angiotensin Ⅱ on the cell cycle and DNA synthesis of HRIF and the inhibitive effect of Losartan.Results Angiotensin Ⅱ (10 -10M-10 -6M) had elevated the incorporation rate of HRIF 3H-TDR and had showed dose-dependence in day 1 and day 3(? 1=0.709,P
