Abstract:
Ideal probes for CYP3A can provide instruction for rationally clinical drug use. Comprehensive comparison and analysis were used for the present probes to evaluate the applicative characteristics of different selective probes for CYP3A and to indicate clinical value in rational drug therapy. Among the series of CYP3A probes, midazolam is considered the best one.
