Abstract:
To investigate the changes in P selectin( CD62) and glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa (PAC 1) on platelets in elderly patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes. CD62 and PAC 1 on platelets were analyzed by flow cytometric 3 color immunofluorescence.
