Efifcacy of High dose cyclophosphamide and etoposide regimen combined with T cells in vivo in treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus by removing pretreatment autologous transplantation

Abstract:
Objective To explore the efficacy of large dose of cyclophosphamide and etoposide regimen combined with T cells in vivo in treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus by removing pretreatment autologous transplantation. Methods 21 cases with Systemic lupus erythematosus collected in the First Afifliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology were used as subject, bone marrow of them were obtained and saved in 4℃for 72 h, then pretreatment with high-dose cyclophosphamide and etoposide, the efifcacy of these drugs combined with T cell in vivo in systemic lupus erythematosus were observed and analyzed. Results The time of neutrophil number up to 0.5×109/L was (1.27±0.72) days, platelet up to 20×109/L was (4.50±0.67)days, all patients were successfully transplanted hematopoietic reconstruction. During transplanting, there were 19 cases in fever (90%), 3 cases in positive blood culture, 6 cases in liver function damage (30%), 12 cases of electrolyte disturbance (57%), 21 cases of oral ulcer (100%). 21 patients were enrolled, 18 patients with clinical symptoms were signiifcantly improved, the efifciency rate was 85%. Conclusion Large dose of cyclophosphamide and etoposide regimen combined with in vivo T cell depletion pretreated autologous transplantation for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus has good effect.
