Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of intraoperative mitomycin C(MMC) and TobraDex ophthalmic ointment(TDO) in transcanalicular Nd:YAG laser assisted dacryocystoplasty(LDCL). Methods A total of 204 patients (246 eyes) with lacrimal duct obstruction were divided into four groups: group treated with MMC, group treated with TDO, group treated with MCC plus TDO and control.
