Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to explore the role of cyclin E and c fos in Helicobacter pylori ( H. pylori ) induced gastric precancerosis. The expression of cyclin E and c fos in mucosa of gastric antrum was determined by RT PCR and immunohistochemistry staining in Mongolian gerbil with H. pylori induced gastric precancerosis.
