Abstract:
Objective To assess the value of ultrasoud examination with transvaginal scaning(TVS) in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy(TP). Methods 40 cases of clinically suspected TP were exeamined by two ultrasoud approaches: transvaginal and transabdominal prior to surgery.Based on surgery and pathology ,the sonographic manefestutions and diagonostic results of both methods were compared and analized statisticlly.
