Influence of different dialysis membranes on erythrocyte immune function

- Abstract: Objective To examine the change of erythrocyte immune adherence parameters during the haemodialysis and the influence of different biocompatible dialysis membranes on it.Methods We have observed the dynamic trend of erythrocyte immune adherence parameters at different hemodialysis phase by way of different biocompatible membrane.Results RBC C\-3b declined and RBC IC increased obviously in uremia patients.During the haemodialysis,RBC C\-3b declined even more in the early phase and then increased gradually;RBC IC increased gradually in early phase,and then kept steady.Cu membrane influenced the erythrocyte immune adherence function greatly,Ps membrane moderately,and PMMA membrane slightly.Conclusion The dynamic trends of erythrocyte immune adherence parameters change with the different biocompatible membrances used during hemodialysis.
