Abstract:
To determine the ATPase activity of erythrocytic membrane and intraerythrocyticionic concentrations in 20 patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: Erythrocyte membrane AT-Pase activites were determined as described by Sha1ev, and erythrocyte Na+ and Ca2+ concentrations weredetected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
