Abstract:
ABC-ELISA established by ourselves was used to detect the tiansferrin receptors (TfR) on peripheral blood mononuclear cells. It was found that the TfR quantity in the leukenie kukemk group was higher than that in the complete remission leukemia group (P0.05).
