Abstract:
In this study levels of copper-zinc suproxide dismutase (SOD-1) in HL-60 cells and mononucleocytes (MNC) of patients with leukemia were determined by radioimmunoassay and were correlated to DNA content and percentage of S phase of leukemic cells.
