Abstract:
The effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on chromosome aberrations in peripheral lymphocytes in the rabbits induced by 60Co-ray irradiation were studied. It was found that there was no effect of HBO itself on chromosomes in peripheral lymphocytes, and definite promotive effect of HBO on repair of chromosome damage of peripheral lymphocytes induced by irradiation in rabbits.
